This project started with an empty block of land, with a budget to work to our design.  Team delivered us a massive amount of space way below a standard 2 story home would cost, along with clever engineering and a large amount of detailed features.

This renovation project included:

• demolition and clearance
• building restoration and repair
• window repair and replacement
• decking restoration
• screen wall installation
• planting, landscaping and reticulation
• decorative carpentry
• post and structural beams replaced
• brick repair and tuck-pointing
• french door and fly-screen refurbishment
