Consultation

This is an introductory consultation to present our services and importantly, discuss your home renovation requirements.

This complimentary, obligation free building consultation, is an opportunity to find out more about your renovation project, preliminary technical requirements and your aspirations and timelines for the build.

The consultation includes

  • preliminary recommendations based off inital discussions
  • review of comparable projects by the 360 Group WA
  • informal presentation of options and ideas
  • discussion of initial estimate and predicted timelines
  • recommendations on how to move forward

Concept and Planning

Your extension and renovation needs are discussed and a design concept plus cost estimate is developed.

This includes a 3D concept plan of your home, preliminary agreement document, measuring and permits.

  • concept design and 3D visuals
  • 2D floor plans and elevations
  • council approval and insurances

Building Commences

Your project manager meets you to arrange project commencement of your home extension or renovation.

Protecting your home, your personal valuables and on-site safety is priority. The overall logistics of the project will be broken down to you including our safety procedures and to discuss any concerns or special technical variables that need to be discussed.

  • material planning and storage options
  • site induction and safety procedure

Completion

The hand-over stage of the build is an important final process to ensure that all aspects of the project is executed to satisfactory completion.

The completion stage involves a detailed walk-through to sign-off all agreed technical parameters of the build.

  • final walk-through and inspection and hand-over
  • builder's quality assurance checklist
